Infor­ma­tion form for speakers

Before you start the reg­is­tra­tion process, please make sure you have all required mate­ri­als pre­pared. The reg­is­tra­tion form includes manda­to­ry fields such as the abstract title, authors, and the abstract text.

Addi­tion­al­ly, you will be asked to upload a col­or pho­to. The image must be of good qual­i­ty and meet the min­i­mum required res­o­lu­tion of 1000 × 1000 pix­els.

The form also col­lects oth­er impor­tant infor­ma­tion that helps us ensure your com­fort and a pleas­ant stay dur­ing the con­fer­ence.


Impor­tant notice – phish­ing and imper­son­ation attempts

In con­nec­tion with the PORT for Health: Oncol­o­gy con­fer­ence, we have been informed of attempts to imper­son­ate the Insti­tute and the event organisers.

We kind­ly ask you to:

  • refrain from respond­ing to emails sent from any oth­er domain or email address,
  • avoid click­ing on sus­pi­cious links or pro­vid­ing per­son­al data out­side the offi­cial com­mu­ni­ca­tion channels,
  • con­tact the organ­is­ers direct­ly at the address above if you receive any mes­sage that rais­es concerns.

We take data pro­tec­tion and com­mu­ni­ca­tion secu­ri­ty seri­ous­ly. All offi­cial infor­ma­tion regard­ing the con­fer­ence is dis­trib­uted exclu­sive­ly via the email address indi­cat­ed above and through the Institute’s offi­cial channels.
